Our Inspections Department conducts move-in and move-out walk-throughs, interim and annual walk-throughs. They identify and record security deposit issues and concerns. They are the eyes and ears of our property management team. Our inspection crew is made up of two full-time property inspectors (internal staff) and an independent third party inspection crew. During a walk-through the inspector notes the condition of the property, reviews tenant lease compliance and takes photos. Luis sets the procedures and stresses the accountability of our inspection team.
