Ann is responsible for our qualitative approach to leasing by managing and overseeing the application presentation, tracking and ratification of leases. She negotiates rental terms before the lease is signed and ensures that all parties are satisfied. Meagan Gallagher – Leasing Associate
Meagan is responsible for processing applications, as well as tracking and ratifying leases. She is our detective in thorough background checks when processing applications and expedites our ability to land the right tenants. She also handles lease renewals, early termination requests and other miscellaneous tenant requests including adding pets, painting walls etc.
Meylin Cano – New Renter Coordinator
Meylin is responsible for helping new renters have a smooth transition into their new home. She informs them of their utilities, the Homeowners or Condominium Associations they need to contact as well as tracks whether contingencies are on schedule for completion. She also performs our “10 Day Follow Up” with all new renters to make sure that there are no outstanding issues.
