Since 1985 Jim has been the Principal Broker and President of McGrath Real Estate Service, Inc. Jim and his brother, Tim, own and operate McGrath Real Estate Services in Northern Virginia. Growing up in a Foreign Service family, the McGrath’s understand the unique challenges associated with owning and managing real estate while balancing work that requires international travel. They started their company to assist others with this process. Jim is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Pioneer Club, as well as a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Top Producer Sales Club, and a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Dave Anderson was raised in Herndon, Virginia and has been an employee of McGrath Real Estate Services since 2003.
