Current McGrath Real Estate Clients

Welcome to the McGrath Real Estate family! We appreciate the confidence you have placed in McGrath by allowing us to be your property manager. During the term that we manage your property, we will provide you with a top-notch service and professionalism – that is our commitment to you. On behalf of our entire staff we welcome you to our family! If you are with the US Foreign Service, serving in our military, or if you are overseas in a military support role, McGrath Real Estate would like to take a moment to thank you and your family for the sacrifices you undertake to protect the interests and privileges shared by all of us here at home.

Property Management Life Cycle

During your time at McGrath Real Estate, your experience as a landlord tends to be a cyclical process. Whether that is every year or every two years will depend on your lease length but there are certain events and fees that every Landlord will experience. First, your home will be put on the market for rent.

After your home has been successfully rented, the property will need to be inspected. McGrath Real Estate typically performs three inspections within a year to report the condition of the property.

It is extremely important to every Landlord to know when they can expect their rental income. Every month our Accounting department performs certain imperative tasks to charge your account, deposit your rent and notify you of any unusual circumstances.

At the end of each lease, we will begin the lease renewal process. Your lease will either be renewed or your home put back on the market (in which case you would begin at the Marketing Timeline again). We encourage our owners to renew their leases if it is in their best interest to do so.
